What's the difference between a template and Bespoke?

Every plan uses one of our ready-made designs, filled in with your details. If you want it changed (your colours, fonts, a monogram, custom illustration) or made from scratch, that's Bespoke, from ₹1,499 on top of any plan.

What counts as an “opted-in guest”?

A guest who RSVPs on your invitation and ticks the box to get updates on WhatsApp. Only they receive reminders and update alerts.

Why don't you message guests who haven't RSVP'd?

WhatsApp's rules ask businesses to message only people who agreed to hear from them, and your guests deserve that courtesy too. Messages from a number people don't recognise get reported, and that would stop reminders reaching anyone. If your guests already know you, our invite send-out add-on can share the invitation for you.

What happens if I have more guests than my plan covers?

Grand covers WhatsApp messages for up to 300 opted-in guests. Each extra 200 costs ₹999. The invitation link itself has no guest limit: share it with as many people as you like.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, anytime. You pay only the difference between the two plans.

How long does my link stay live?

12 months on Classic, 18 months on Signature, 24 months on Grand. You can add 12 more months for ₹299.

Do guests need to install anything?

No. Your invitation opens from a link in any browser or straight from WhatsApp, on any phone.

Is GST included?

Yes. Every price on this page includes GST. What you see is what you pay.

Can I pay in instalments? What about refunds?

Plans are paid in full before we start, since most are delivered within two days. For Fully Bespoke we take half upfront and half on approval. If we haven't started work, we refund you in full. Once you've seen a first draft, we'll keep refining it with you rather than refund.

Do you do birthdays, griha pravesh and other celebrations?

Yes. The same plans work for weddings, engagements, birthdays, griha pravesh, naming ceremonies and festivals. Classic at ₹1,299 suits most smaller celebrations.
